SHIPPING:
We do not offer free shipping. We primarily ship via UPS Ground. You may "will call" or use your own shipping service. Kindly provide your shipping account number if you wish to use your own service.

CREDIT TERMS:
Credit terms are only granted to businesses who purchase a minimum of US $5,000 per year or greater. Till credit application is received and verified, all accounts are prepaid by credit card.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:
In order to not pay California sales tax, customers receiving goods within California are required to have a valid California Resale Number on file with us.

All prices subject to change without prior notice. We understand the realities of producing garments and staying within a budget. If you need to be at a specific price point, don't be shy, let us know and we will do our very best to work within your budget. Many times in our large local inventory we'll have the same or a similar product at a reduced price. We have numerous sources of trims worldwide, so put us to work on your behalf, to find the perfect trim at the perfect price!

All quantities on hand approximate and subject to prior sale.

Not all products we carry are displayed on the Web Site. Not all products displayed on the Web Site are in stock. The actual product may vary from the Web Site display. If style, color, size, texture, etc. is critical to your application, please request an approval sample. If you don't see what you're looking for, please send an Email to info@kagantrim.com and we'll reply asap about your inquiry.

SHOWROOM:
We do not have an open showroom or allow walk-ins into our warehouse. All samples and sales are processed through our Web Site, Email and phone.

WARRANTIES:
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding any usage or performance of these goods. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, dyeability, washability, shrinkage, colorfastness, flame retardency or any other aftermarket process. The customer has sole responsibility to ensure our goods are fit for the customer's specific intended usage.

DEFECTS:
We are not liable for any defects in, or damages resulting from, the use of these goods. All goods sold "AS IS". Damages limited solely to the cost of the goods supplied.

CLAIMS:
All claims must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All returns subject to a 30% re-stocking charge.

RETURNS:
All Returns must be pre-approved with company issued Return Authorization Number. No goods accepted for return once altered or changed in any way.
